It’s a solid for its food and service. A very extensive menu of traditional Italian fares, so you don’t find any “fusion” or Hawaiian-Italian food here I had the sausage olio pasta. By the way, I’ve never seen sausages cut into such large pieces, not in Italy or anywhere on the mainland. They have to be cut into bite size. It tasted good and the quantity was plentiful. Most items on the menu can be ordered either in small or large. I opted for a large and it was too much for me. All in all, it’s a decent place for Italian pastas.Parking: Ala Moana mall has the most confusing design of a parking lot. I would recommend you park close to Macy’s.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Service: Phenomenal. Atmosphere: Phenomenal. Food: phenomenal. Worth dipping your toe if you are craving a white table cloth experience with a decent price! I can’t say enough good things! I noticed that they hire really amazing people, and it made my heart smile to be able to contribute to such a lovely space. Would go again and again and again.

I have only not tipped once in my life. This was going to be the second! The least friendly, coldest waitress ever. She was so rude, so uninterested that she leaned against the edge of the booth and could only utter, "small or large" after each of us ordered. A petite Asian waitress with a tattoo of the symbol for "female" on the back of her arm... My wife suggested that maybe she was upset or having a bad night, but then my daughter saw her laughing and smiling and having a good time as she talked to the bartender, as our drinks sat unfilled. If you hate your job so much, move on. I actually feel sorry for you. How miserable you must be to treat people this way. We ended up leaving a a small tip because we hoped it might show you that you can be loved, even if you show no love. Still, maybe the worst dining experience ever, simply because of a terrible person.

Had a great opportunity to go there for lunch today. It was not particularly crowded so we were seated as soon as we walked in. The beverage person Mei was so polite and so attentive to anything we ask for she brought us as quickly as our server. Great job. Food was delivered promptly and was tasty. Atmosphere I didn't give five star because a couple of guests sat there letting their phone ring - times in a row and not minimizing it and it's very rude and it's very disruptive and it's something they call oh yeah manners!!!!!! So here's a tip when you eat in a nice restaurant mute your cell phone or decline the call on the first ring instead of us having to listen to a five-ring stop five Ring stop four or five times you idiot! As I said not the restaurant's fault but they could have said something like sir "you genius" could you mute your phone! I would go there again. So should you.Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegetables only to choose from.Parking: Parking needs a little work. Sometimes it's confusing where do I park and pay and not pay. One thing you can count on at Ala Moana shopping center escalators are always broken and elevators don't work. I should file a complaint with ADA!Kid-friendliness: Why not it's kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is compliant the mall has some issues. There are Ada parking nearby.
